Our Tomato Kasundi is started like all good curry bases are, by toasting the aromatic spices then onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli are sautéed down to a paste before the freshest local tomatoes are added and simmered for hours to infuse for maximum flavour, resulting in the perfect savoury chutney.
Perfect on eggs, grilled meats or a simple avo toast!
