Made with the freshest local ingredients and no  fillers  or preservatives, we start with fresh tomatoes, jalapeno’s, habanero’s, pickling onions & fresh garlic and smoke them all at a low temperature over smoldering Applewood to bring all of the flavours to life.

Medium in heat & unique in flavour, it’s great with grilled meats & veg, Lifting your Mexican game, eggs on toast or try mixing with mayo for a dipping sauce with your fried chicken!
